Managing Departures for Automatic Date Roll

This tab enables the user to determine what action to take for any remaining departures.

Refer to the following table and fill in the fields to manage departure for automatic date roll:

Field	Description
Check-out with balance in folio	If this option is selected, remaining guests will be checked out even if they have a remaining balance. The night auditor must have the checkoutwithbalance permission to use this option.
Continue Auto Date Roll on payment failure	If this option is selected, Agilysys Stay will continue date roll if payment collections fail.
Stop Auto Date Roll on payment failure	If this option is selected, Agilysys Stay will stop date roll if any payment collections fail.
